"Shipping took forever"
I ordered this thinking it would show up in a few days, but it ended up taking way longer than I expected. The tracking barely changed the whole time too, so you’re just kind of left wondering where your package is. When it finally got here, the product was okay, but the slow shipping took a lot of the excitement out of it

I tried to do an exchange and got absolutely nowhere. Maybe I’m missing something, but the whole process felt way more frustrating than it should be. At this point, I don’t think I’d buy from them again.

"Delivery was a total mess"
My order showed up late and I didn’t get any updates the whole time. Ridiculous, honestly, the whole delivery process was a bit of a joke.

"Kinda hard to use, honestly"
I tried using the site for a bit, but it was frustrating. The pages felt all cluttered, and I couldn’t really find the basic info I was looking for. Some of the buttons weren’t clear either, like I wasn’t sure what they were supposed to do. I ended up giving up after a few minutes. Just wasn’t a great experience for me.

"Nice design, maybe a little overcrowded"
Overall, I like the look of it. The design feels clean and easy on the eyes, but a few pages seem a bit busy to me. I’m guessing they may have tried to include too much information in one place, because some sections don’t feel as neat as the rest.

The product was mostly like the description, but not totally what I had in mind. Something about it felt a bit different in person, especially the size and the way the material felt. It wasn’t bad or anything, just not exactly what I expected from the page. Overall it’s okay, but I’d probably read the details more carefully next time.

"Refund took much longer than expected"
I ordered from thebuongiorno.com and felt a bit misled by how the refund process played out. I had to follow up more than once just to get an update, and the replies were slower than I expected. The refund did come through eventually, but the waiting and lack of clear communication made the whole experience frustrating.

"Honestly, I wouldn’t spend the money again"
I paid way more than this felt worth, and I kept wondering where the extra cost was going. It was basic overall, not terrible exactly, but just not something I’d call a good value. The price didn’t make much sense to me, and after getting it, I was kind of annoyed I didn’t look elsewhere first. I’m definitely not spending here again

"Slow replies felt a bit off"
I liked the site well enough at first, but the customer service really tested my patience. I messaged them about my order and then heard nothing for days, which made me start wondering if anyone was actually paying attention.

When they finally got back to me, the reply was short and didn’t answer everything I asked. I had to follow up again, and it made the whole thing feel a little suspicious and frustrating. Not the worst experience ever, but definitely not one I’d call great

"Comfy, but something feels a little off"
It’s comfortable enough for everyday use, but I can’t shake the feeling that something is a bit off. Not bad overall, just not quite as great as I expected.

"Sizing was way off"
I ordered my usual size, but it fit all wrong. It was super tight in the shoulders and then weirdly loose around the waist. I don’t have the patience to guess sizes when there’s a sizing chart, but the chart wasn’t much help at all. The return process was fine, but this was annoying.
